Expert advice from Jayne at Icon Dance Lessons:

Your First Dance as newlyweds should be memorable, not nerve-wracking. As you take your first steps to the music that will become 'your song', you will want to do so with pride, happiness and natural confidence. Guess what.... this is easier than you might think, with a little help!

It doesn't matter if you are an experienced dancer, or have never taken a step before, I believe that everyone can and should thoroughly enjoy their wedding dance.

I like to run light hearted lessons, to make your learning easy and good fun. From the elegantly simple to the highly choreographed, your wish is my command.

Dancing is a great activity for couples and often becomes something they enjoy throughout their lives. One of the nicest parts for me is creating each dance to suit the couple. I like casting a little magic spell, ha ha! It can be as easy as you like and still look wonderful, I promise.

Music of your choice is provided when you learn with me, so you need only bring yourselves.

A few tips:

βœ… Always best to wear shoes similar to those you'll wear on the day, and clothes you can move in freely.

βœ… Listen to your chosen song lots. The more familiar you are with it, the easier you'll find your place in the music.

I've got a few special offers for wedding couples so do drop me a quick message for more details.
